Project Manager (f/m/x) Implementation & IT-Integration

Your tasks

You will independently manage the planning, coordination and implementation of mobile robot fleets for our customers
You will be the central point of contact for our customers, external service providers and internal commissioning and development teams for your projects
You specify new intralogistics processes together with all partners and ensure the seamless integration of our products into existing process landscapes
As you always keep an eye on the schedules, milestones and risks of your projects, you ensure that all agreed services are delivered on time
You are also the expert in the project management team when it comes to integrating our products into existing or future customer IT landscapes
You have overall responsibility for creating and maintaining the IT requirements specifications for the individual products and discussing them with our customers across projects
Thanks to your extensive knowledge, you will successfully guide our products through all upcoming customer IT approval processes
You independently manage the coordination of all deviation requests relating to IT integration - with the aim of creating sustainable solutions for all parties involved
To this end, you act as the internal link between project management, product management and development and ensure that your colleagues are always up to date with the latest information

Requirements

Ideally, you have 2-3 years of professional experience in the implementation of projects in the areas of IT security/IT networks/cloud technologies/remote access
Typically, you have a degree in (business) informatics/computer science, but we are also open to career changers
You have a very high affinity for IT and at the same time have a feel for material and information flows in intralogistics
You are characterised by your structured approach, your ability to inspire people and your strong assertiveness
You have a strong hands-on mentality with the desire to continuously develop yourself further
You speak German and English at a business fluent level
You are willing to travel up to 30% of your working time at national and international level

Deine Aufgaben

Du leitest eigenständig die Planung, Koordination und Implementierung von mobilen Roboterflotten bei unseren Kunden
Dabei bist Du für deine Projekte der zentrale Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, externe Dienstleister, sowie interne Inbetriebnahme- und Entwicklerteams
Du spezifizierst gemeinsam mit allen Partnern neue Intralogistikprozesse und stellst dadurch eine nahtlose Integration unserer Produkte in bestehende Prozesslandschaften sicher
Da Du stets Zeitpläne, Meilensteine und Risiken deiner Projekte im Auge hast, sorgst du für eine pünktliche Lieferung aller vereinbarten Leistungen
Zusätzlich bist Du der Experte im Projektmanagement Team, wenn es um die Integration unserer Produkte in bestehende oder zukünftige Kunden-IT-Landschaften geht
Dabei bis du gesamtverantwortlich für die Erstellung und Pflege der IT-seitigen Anforderungsspezifikationen der einzelnen Produkte, sowie deren projektübergreifende Durchsprache mit unseren Kunden
Durch dein umfassendes Wissen führst du unsere Produkte erfolgreich durch alle anstehenden IT-Genehmigungsprozesse der Kunden
Du leitest eigenständig die Abstimmung aller der IT-Integration betreffenden Abweichungsanfragen - mit dem Ziel nachhaltige Lösungen für alle involvierten Parteien zu schaffen
Dafür bildest du intern das Bindeglied zwischen Projektmanagement, Produktmanagement und Entwicklung und sorgst dafür, dass deine Kollegen immer auf dem neuesten Wissensstand sind

Dein Profil

Du hast idealerweise 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Umsetzung von Projekten aus den Themengebieten IT-Security/IT-Netzwerke/Cloud-Technologien/Fernzugriff
Typischerweise hast du ein abgeschlossenes Studium aus den Bereichen (Wirtschafts-)Informatik/Computer Science, wir sind aber auch offen für Quereinsteiger
Du bringst eine sehr hohe IT-Affinität mit und hast gleichzeitig ein Gespür für Material- und Informationsflüsse in der Intralogistik
Deine strukturierte Vorgehensweise, Deine Fähigkeit Menschen zu begeistern und Dein ausgeprägtes Durchsetzungsvermögen zeichnen Dich aus
Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität mit dem Wunsch Dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau
Du bist bereit bis zu 30% deiner Arbeitszeit im In- und Ausland zu reisen
