Senior Electrical Engineer (f/m/x)

Your tasks

You are responsible for the electrical development, design and implementation of our innovative robotic solutions.
You design the electrical wiring and circuit boards for our robots and ensure that they comply with applicable standards.
You supervise the products from the prototype phase through pre-series production to serial production, testing and documenting changes.
You perform functional testing and troubleshooting on our robots
You take responsibility for your work packages through to product integration, keeping an eye on quality, time and cost.

Requirements

You have successfully completed a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field of study.
You have at least 3 years of experience in the development and design of mechatronic products, ideally in the field of mobile robotics.
You have experience with electrical safety standards and EMC-compliant design.
Ideally, you have experience in PCB design with Altium
Experience with EPLAN P8 and Harness ProD (or other wiring tools)
You have a hands-on mentality and are creative and quick to grasp new ideas.
You have a structured and independent way of working
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Ideally, you also have experience in the following areas:
- Standards: ISO 3691-4, EN 1175, EN ISO 13849, IEC 61010-1
- Product certification processes
- Experience with Safe-PLC’s
- Experience in CAD software (ideally Solidworks)
- Basic programming in Python, C / C++

Deine Aufgaben

Du bist verantwortlich für die elektrische Entwicklung, das Design und die Umsetzung unserer innovativen Roboterlösungen.
Du entwirfst die elektrische Verkabelung und die Schaltkreise für unsere Roboter und stellst sicher, dass sie den geltenden Standards entsprechen.
Du betreust die Produkte von der Prototypenphase über die Vorserienproduktion bis hin zur Serienproduktion, führst Tests durch und dokumentierst Änderungen.
Du führst funktionale Tests durch und behebst Störungen an unseren Robotern.
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für deine Arbeitspakete bis zur Produktintegration und behältst dabei Qualität, Zeit und Kosten im Blick.

Dein Profil

Du hast erfolgreich ein Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang abgeschlossen.
Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und dem Design von mechatronischen Produkten, idealerweise im Bereich der mobilen Robotik.
Du hast Erfahrung mit elektrotechnischen Sicherheitsstandards und EMV-konformem Design.
Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung im PCB-Design mit Altium.
Erfahrung mit EPLAN P8 und Harness ProD (oder anderen Verdrahtungstools) ist von Vorteil.
Du hast eine „Hands-on“-Mentalität, bist kreativ und kannst dich schnell in neue Themen einarbeiten.
Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig.
Du sprichst fließend Englisch, Deutsch ist von Vorteil.
Idealerweise hast du auch Erfahrung in folgenden Bereichen:
- Standards: ISO 3691-4, EN 1175, EN ISO 13849, IEC 61010-1
- Produktzertifizierungsprozesse
- Erfahrung mit Safe-PLCs
- Erfahrung mit CAD-Software (idealerweise Solidworks)
- Grundkenntnisse in Programmierung (Python, C / C++)
