Senior Mechanical Engineer (f/m/x)

Your tasks

You are responsible for the mechanical development, conception, and implementation of our innovative robot solutions and are independently responsible for multiple assemblies
You work in close cooperation with our product management, supply chain, production, and QA to ensure that product requirements are met
You supervise the products from its prototype phase over the pre-serial production up to the serial production stage and take care about testing and documenting changes
You take responsibility for your work packages up to product integration and always keep an eye on quality, time and costs

Requirements

You have successfully completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable course of study or completed further training as a state-certified technician (f/m/x)
You already gained a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the development and design of mechatronic products, ideally in the field of special purpose machinery or robotics
You are familiar in working with product development processes
You are experienced with common manufacturing processes
You are competent in using CAD systems, ideally SolidWorks together with PDM
Ideally, you have experience in FEM simulation and the design components ready for serial production
You have a hands-on mentality and convince with your creativity and quick comprehension skills
A structured and independent way of working defines you
You are fluent in English, German is a plus

Du bist verantwortlich für die mechanische Entwicklung, Konzeption und Umsetzung unserer innovativen Roboterlösungen und übernimmst eigenständig die Verantwortung für mehrere Baugruppen
Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Produktmanagement, Supply Chain, der Produktion und QA zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Produktanforderungen erfüllt werden
Du betreust die Produkte von der Prototypenphase über die Vorserienfertigung bis zur Serienreife und kümmerst dich um das Testen und Dokumentieren von Änderungen
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Deine Arbeitspakete bis hin zur Produktintegration und hast dabei immer ein Auge auf Qualität, Zeit und Kosten

Dein Profil

Du hast Dein Bachelor- oder Master-Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder eine Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker (w/m/x) absolviert
Du hast bereits mindestens 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Konstruktion von mechatronischen Produkten gesammelt, idealerweise im Bereich Sondermaschinenbau oder Robotik
Du bist vertraut im Umgang mit Produktentwicklungsprozessen
Du hast Erfahrung mit den gängigen Fertigungsprozessen
Du bist kompetent im Umgang mit CAD-Systemen, idealerweise SolidWorks in Verbindung mit PDM
Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der FEM-Simulation und der serienreifen Konstruktion von Bauteilen
Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität und überzeugst durch Deine Kreativität und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
Eine strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus
Du sprichst fließend Englisch, Deutsch ist ein Plus
