Deine Aufgaben

Als Servicetechniker für Hightech-Robotiksysteme erwartet Dich eine spannende und vielseitige Position, in der Du die Verantwortung für ein komplettes System trägst. Dein Arbeitsalltag wird maßgeblich von digitalen Systemen geprägt, die Deine Arbeit unterstützen und optimieren. Als Teil unserer Startupkultur hast Du die Möglichkeit, unsere Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und kontinuierlich zu verbessern.


Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

  • Arbeit mit Hightechsystemen: Du wirst mit hochmodernen Robotiksystemen arbeiten, die in der Branche wegweisend sind und ständig weiterentwickelt werden.

  • Vollumfängliche Verantwortung: Du bekommst Einblicke in das gesamte Robotiksystem, von der Wartung bis zur Fehlerbehebung, Optimierung und der Dokumentation der von Dir erbrachten Leistungen.

  • Digitale Systeme & Computergestützte Tools: Digitale Systeme wie Confluence, Jira und unsere Debugging Tools werden einen zentralen Teil Deines Arbeitsalltags ausmachen. Du wirst diese Systeme nutzen, um Deine Arbeit zu planen und dokumentieren sowie um mit dem System zu interagieren. 

  • Prozessoptimierung: Als Mitglied unserer Startupkultur kannst Du aktiv an der Anpassung und Optimierung unserer Prozesse mitwirken, damit Du deine Arbeit ohne unnötige Bürokratie und Overhead durchführen kannst.

  • Kundenbetreuung: Du wirst ein vertrauter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden sein, diese im Umgang mit unseren Robotern schulen und Dich um eine positive Kundenbeziehung kümmern.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Mechatronik / Elektronik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

  • Mit Deinem freundlichen Auftreten stehst Du unseren Kunden bei Problemen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite

  • Eine Reisebereitschaft (max. 80%) und ein Führerschein der Klasse B setzen wir voraus

  • Du sorgst für die Einhaltung der zugesicherten Servicezeiten gegenüber unserer Kunden

  • Troubleshooting ist kein Fremdwort für Dich

  • Du bist eine ambitionierte und selbstständige Persönlichkeit, die eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein mitbringt

  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich

Your tasks
As a service technician for high-tech robotic systems, you can expect an exciting and varied position in which you will be responsible for an entire system. Your day-to-day work will be significantly influenced by digital systems that support and optimize your work. As part of our start-up culture, you will have the opportunity to actively help shape and continuously improve our processes.

Your tasks in detail:

  • Working with high-tech systems: You will work with cutting-edge robotic systems that are pioneering in the industry and are constantly being further developed.
  • Full responsibility: You will gain insights into the entire robotic system, from maintenance to troubleshooting, optimization and documentation of the services you provide.
  • Digital systems & computer-based tools: Digital systems such as Confluence, Jira and our debugging tools will be a central part of your day-to-day work. You will use these systems to plan and document your work and to interact with the system. 
  • Process optimization: As a member of our startup culture, you can actively participate in adapting and optimizing our processes so that you can carry out your work without unnecessary bureaucracy and overhead.
  • Customer support: You will be a trusted contact for our customers, train them in the use of our robots and ensure a positive customer relationship.

Requirements
  • You have completed your training in the field of mechatronics/electronics or anything comparable
  • With your friendly approach, you are available to help and advise our customers
  • We require a willingness to travel (max. 80%) and a class B driving license
  • You ensure compliance with the guaranteed service times for our customers
  • Troubleshooting is no foreign word for you
  • You are an ambitious and independent person with a quick grasp and a high level of quality awareness
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills are required
