Senior Product Manager (w/m/x) Mobile Robots

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du definierst auf Grundlage Deines Marktverständnisses und der Kundenbedürfnisse die Produktmerkmale und Anforderungen für unsere mobilen Roboter, um einen starken Produkt-Markt-Fit zu erreichen.
  • Du koordinierst die Phasen der Produktspezifikation und der Produktentwicklung und stimmst die Anforderungen mit den Stakeholdern wie Portfoliomanagement, Vertrieb, Customer Service, Produktion und Entwicklungsteams ab
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Feature-Roadmap, definierst Meilensteine, spezifizierst die Features für jeden dieser Meilensteine und bringst diese Entwicklungsthemen in die regelmäßige Release-Planung ein
  • Du erstellst und überwachst den Zeitplan und das Budget für das Produkt
Dein Profil
  • Du hast Dein Ingenieursstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du hast bereits 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement für Industrieprodukte gesammelt
  • Du überzeugst mit einem ausgezeichneten Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge, kombiniert mit einem ausgeprägten kritischen und unternehmerischen Denken
  • Du bist in der Lage, Ergebnisse klar und effektiv an Führungskräfte und Stakeholder zu kommunizieren
  • Eine strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise rundet Dein Profil ab
  • Ein extra Lächeln bekommst Du von uns, wenn Du Erfahrung im Bereich Robotik und/oder Logistik hast
  • Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch

Your tasks
  • Based on your understanding of the market and the customer needs, you define the product features and requirements for our mobile robot products to achieve a strong product-market fit
  • You coordinate the product specification and product development phases and align the requirements with stakeholders such as the portfolio management, sales, after-sales, production, and development teams
  • You own the feature roadmap for this product, define milestones and specify the features for each of them, and bring up these development topics for the regular release planning
  • You create and monitor the product timeline and budget
Requirements
  • You have successfully completed your engineering degree or a similar qualification
  • You have already gained 5+ years of product management experience for industrial products
  • You convince with your excellent understanding of technical interrelations, combined with a strong critical and entrepreneurial thinking 
  • You are able to communicate results clearly and effectively to leaders and stakeholders 
  • A structured and independent way of working completes your profile
  • You will get an extra smile from us if you have experience in the robotics and/or logistics area
  • You are business fluent in both English and German
